Welcome to the Homestead Blog Hop!
Blessings to you today!
We have gray skies, drizzle, and snow on the way! How about you?
❄️ I circled back to say that the snow has already arrived! We have flurries of huge, puffy flakes swirling around outside the window! Lovely!
I’m hoping you’re having a good week.
Cozy Cabin Christmas
We put up a Christmas tree this week, and it’s providing a nice glow. I messed up and did not realize it was not LED lights, so I will probably sell it after this season since our off grid lifestyle does not allow us to let it stay lit for too long.
In the above picture, I’m not doing some strange peace sign. Be on the lookout soon for a post about our top 3 favorite things about living off grid.
Beautiful Trees 🎄
Our family drove an hour to look at some lights the other evening. That day was perfect weather for a stroll outside, and the trees were really pretty.
My photos turned out blurry. I didn’t realize I had a setting clicked on my phone that did a delay, and I didn’t hold still enough.
Here are some of those trees.
Have a great week, and I hope your photos turn out more sharp than mine!
Blessings,
Laurie

Guidelines for this Get-Together:
- Click on the “Add your Link” Button below and add a great image of your project or recipe. Make sure you link to the page of your family friendly post – not the main page of your blog.
- Link up to three posts each week.
- Try to visit at least a few other blogs at the party. Be sure to leave a comment to let them know you stopped by.
- Link your post back to the Homestead Blog Hop. If the hop isn’t linked to your post then you cannot be featured. All featured posts will be shared on all hosts’ social media channels.
- Please link up posts that you haven’t linked to the hop before. You are welcome to link old posts from your blog.
- By joining the party, you are giving the hosts permission to use one photo from your post with a link back to your site if it is selected as one of next week’s Features.
- This is a family-friendly link up meant to inspire and motivate the homesteader in all of us.
Let the Party Begin!
