Hello, My Blogging Friends!

We have SNOW on the homestead!

We woke up to just a dusting, but now it’s coming down fine and steady. We are set to get a couple of inches here in our area. it just makes the world a little brighter outside!

I have to admit, I was actually getting ready for some warmer temperatures! The snow is pretty, and I hope we don’t get stuck with it, since our backroads aren’t set up for snow and ice.

Staying Well

Since we have had/still have sick people in our home, I am linking some good recipes that we use to combat the cold and flu when they come to town. I whipped up some of the low sugar elderberry syrup the other day, and we are all taking it—either to try to stay well, or to fight the bug!
