Ingredients
  

  • 5 Frozen Bananas adjust as needed to get the Frosty consistency.
  • 3 Tbs Peanut butter, natural or preferred type
  • 1 Splash Pure Vanilla
  • 1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate—OPTIONAL
  • 1/2 Cup Plant based milk—almond, oat, soy, coconut, etc
  • 1 Heaping Tbs Cocoa or Carob Powder
  • 3 Dates Optional
  • 1 Pinch Stevia Powder Optional
  • Whipped cream (vegan) for garnish, totally optional
